This is my go to Ramen place in Katy. I have tried many in and around Katy Asia Town, but I always end up here at Aji off Mason.... The roasted Brussel sprouts are my favorite appetizer unless I'm really hungry then I get the pot stickers. Now for the star,the Ramen. This is the best beef broth I've ever had! I always think I'm just remembering it better than it was until I comeback, and it's even better. The chicken skewer Ramen lacks the bold flavor of the beef and pork bone broth, but is still good.For the little one, the bento box is always a hit with my youngest. Read more

Super cute interior! We got a table pretty quick during dinner time on Saturday. I had vegan ramen, my husband had tonkotsu... ramen, kids had fried rice and spicy miso ramen. They were all delicious. I really loved the grilled shiitake in my ramen. Iordered iced oolong tea, which I always get in ramen shops in Japan. I was soooooooo happy they had that and my cup was neverempty. Superior service. Food arrived super quick too. Did I mention they got asahi on draft? They had Sapporo too. We willdefinitely go back. Unfortunately this is one of my favorite places to order from since moving here, but this is some of the pork cutlet from my ton... katsu don ordered last-night. I’m sure it shouldn’t be green. Nonetheless I didn’t realize until after taking a bite.I’ve been sick all morning which I could assume as food poisoning. Read more
