This was my first time trying Sal?s pizza. I ordered a 14? stuffed pizza - half cheese half sausage and mushrooms. I had not... eaten pizza in over a month (good pizza in over six months) and this really hit the spot! The dough in the crust is crispy butsoft, almost like a pretzel (just the texture not the flavor). There was just enough cheese and plenty of sauce on top. Kind ofreminds me of a grandma style pizza (cooked in a pan, buttery crust, rectangle cut with the sauce on top and cheese underneath).I normally add oregano, finely chopped fresh garlic and a drizzle of olive oil to my pizza no matter where I get it from, butSal?s is flavorful without it. Very good. The thin is crispy and not too salty. The Greek was delicious. If they had hot bags then the food would be warmer and... the driver wouldn?t have dropped my breadsticks on the ground. Read more
They always get it done good, i make my order, and give them a time of pick up, they will NOT make you wait, or steal your... money, SAL's is by far the best pizza place around my area, (Zion,IL) and for sure beats down the "big corps". Plenty of parkingfor you to pick up, great service, will keep dropping my money for days to come 100% worth it. Read more

Sal's Pizza is a local family-owned restaurant. Their dining area has approximately 9 tables. It is clean and inviting. There... is another room that can seat almost any size group. Very cozy and nice place. The food is great. I'm not a big pizza personbut I love Sal's Pizza. It's absolutely perfect. Now the thing about Sal's is the family and employees that work there they arefriendly, inviting and they go out of their way to make you happy. This is just a great Kenosha restaurant. Read more
