I ordered a pizza for pick up this evening. Went to pick it up and when I gave my name they told me they didn't have an order in... that name. I checked my phone and I accidentally called the downtown location. I sheepishly went to leave and the guy working,Josh, told me to hang on. He called the other store, told them what happened and offered to make my order since I was alreadythere. I happily agreed. Great customer service. Also, while I was waiting for my pizza to cook, a person from the business nextto Ginos came in to pick up their dinner and it was ready yet. Josh ran it over to them when it was done! He really knows how toshow the customer matters to Ginos. Model employee. Everyone working was really nice too, I just didn't get their namesunfortunately. Exactly why I pick Ginos! Was too expensive for the low quality. Wait time was dumb and also gave our pizza away and had to make a new one

They don?t honour their pricing or offers on their website. They advertise prices include taxes and delivery and when I called... to order, they told me the pizza was a dollar more and there would be a $3 delivery fee. When I told them what their websitesays, they say ?we don?t go by that?. Then why is the pricing on the site when it?s not the price they charge??? Read more

I called and ordered from the website a No. 7 which was a Gino?s special. What was delivered was a different No. 7 which is now... the Spicy Meatball. I called after the delivery to see if anything could be done and the negative conversation ended up with theemployee saying ?you ordered the pizza, we made and you got it?. Not a nice gesture for someone who has just moved to theKingston area with a willingness to support local. I will not be giving this place a second try and warn all others to hesitateon a first try. Customer service over the phone was amazing. They checked with me multiple times to make sure they were putting the order in... correctly. They even called me back to confirm something. However they offer less than the other locations, and seem to have alimited menue compared to other locations. I did end up canceling my order because they did not have what I wanted, but the overall interaction was amazing. Read more

I haven?t even tried their pizza. I called earlier to ask about allergens and the guy on the phone couldn?t have made it more... apparent that not only did he not know what I was talking about, but that I inconvenienced him by asking. About an hour later, Itried to call back again, this time to actually place an order; the guy answered the phone, I said ?hello? and he hung up on me.If the pizza itself was the best in the city, it wouldn?t matter in the slightest with service as disgraceful as this. We recently ordered a pizza for dinner and were extremely disappointed. The crust was flat and there was no rise in any of it... and it tasted like cardboard. The tomato sauce was non existant, but the cheese and the rest of the topppings were fine andmade the pizza edible. On a positive note when we picked up the pizza the staff were super friendly.
