Pizza is yummy and slices are huge. I do have a complaint though. When I went in it was just before 1pm and there were only a... few kinds of slices left. Veggie, all dressed and one Canadian. I purchased the last Canadian slice, my preference waspepperoni, but I was starving. I asked the young woman working how long before the next pepperoni slices would be ready, shelaughed and said there won't be any more slices made until the rest of these are all gone. I thought that an odd salesstrategy, I wanted a slice of Canadian and a Pepperoni slice. While I was waiting for the Canadian to warm, a man came in for aslice and was told the only two flavors, and he left disappointed as he wanted pepperoni also. Just a suggestion, keep thepopular flavors available at all times at lunch time, that was 2 slice sales lost in 5 minutes. Read more
Take out from Division Street store. This had to have been the worse pizza that we have had in years. Friday is pizza night for... us and we have had pizza from all across Kingston and during our travels both in North America and abroad. It wasn?t cooked, hadno flavour and there was not enough cheese to hold the toppings on. You should be embarrassed to sell this! We have had it fromthe Bath Rd. location in the past and it was fine. Decent place to order from, however.... my son had a job interview here and the manager hired him and told him he would be in... touch for training shifts by the weekend. It's been 2 weeks and the manager is now ghosting him. He will not respond to his textmessages. Its fine to go another way, but be professional and let the new hire know that you decided to go another route. Reallysad to set a child up like that. 17 years old, looking forward to having his first job and has instead been served a horribleexperience by poor management. Read more
Needed something quick for dinner a few weeks ago, and ordered a large poutine from here. Had a bit of a wait as I came in at a... busier time (I think it was around 15-20 minutes). Poutine wasn't bad for a quick bite, but the gravy was a but thicker than I'dprefer. Cost was similar to most other places I've got poutine from in the past, so I cant judge their price vs quality off ofjust that, but I'll have to come back and try a bit more of the menu and make a more accurate review of their pricing andquality. Great place to eat where you don't have to worry about consistency on the quality they provide. Paradiso's uniquely huge pizzas... always makes it easy to come back. Even though sometimes they go heavy on cheese, it never deters me from returning. Staff arealways excellent no matter the time of day! Read more
