Was there tonight around 8:20pm, ordered just a steeped tea, got to window and watched all 3 staff continue to do other things... and made me wait at window at least a minute, staff had no customer service! I asked her when she finally came to window why shemade me wait, she said we were doing our jobs, I replied well a customer comes first before your tasks!! Been going here since it opened as it's closest to my home. Lately has been the WORST when it comes to timely service either the... drive thru or inside! When it comes to food....either given wrong item or burnt. If you want soup....2 choices: chicken noodleor 'kidney bean with ground beef' ....otherwise known as chilli ???? Read more

Absolutely painful experience if you go in, there will be one person getting everything for customers inside and everyone else... is dealing with the drive thru or just standing around. Probably be about 5 minutes to get through 2 people if either orderanything other than a donut or muffin. Read more
I don?t even know where to begin, first off, terrible service every single time I go in, never have any iced coffee and their... hot coffee is constantly burnt. I asked for a bagel BELT on a whole wheat bagel and was told ?uhhhhh no? they only had 2 typesof bagels at the time so I picked one l, received my sandwich completely sloppy I had to put it back together myself. Insanelyunhappy with how things are run here not to mention the last time I walked in there were multiple staff members yelling at eachother and it was just complete chaos. What a zoo. Read more
The ONLY Tim?s in this city that gets my order correct. Also the only Tim?s that give trays as trained 2 or more you... automatically tray up unless asked otherwise. Collins bay&bath road are the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have personally everbeen to across Canada ?. They need some training from these experts! Read more
