Was there tonight around 8:20pm, ordered just a steeped tea, got to window and watched all 3 staff continue to do other things... and made me wait at window at least a minute, staff had no customer service! I asked her when she finally came to window why shemade me wait, she said we were doing our jobs, I replied well a customer comes first before your tasks!! Been going here since it opened as it's closest to my home. Lately has been the WORST when it comes to timely service either the... drive thru or inside!
