There was trash on the floor at our booth that was stepped over by anybody walking by and it was still there when we left. My... wife ordered the broccoli fondue dip. The cheese was served nice and hot -- by itself, almost 15 minutes before the rest of theorder -- so it had cooled too much to enjoy. The server took the cheese back to the kitchen for a new serving but took so longto return that the broccoli had gone cold by then. So, we waited some more while they tried to get organized. Good thing I justordered a salad -- no heat to loose. Our waitress had only been on the job for less than a week, it was the kitchen wait-staffbringing our dishes. Not impressed with the supervisor, either. He felt the need to reprimand our waitress in public whilestanding at our booth. This establishment needs more training that should start at the top first. This Red Robin had a very friendly waiter that was great, and the food was good. However, the establishment wasn't well managed.... There was food and garbage all over the restaurant floor, the waiters and waitresses seemed to be overwhelmed; however, therewere at least 5 hostesses standing by the doors, just hanging out and chatting.
