This Red Robin had a very friendly waiter that was great, and the food was good. However, the establishment wasn't well managed.... There was food and garbage all over the restaurant floor, the waiters and waitresses seemed to be overwhelmed; however, therewere at least 5 hostesses standing by the doors, just hanging out and chatting. There was trash on the floor at our booth that was stepped over by anybody walking by and it was still there when we left. My... wife ordered the broccoli fondue dip. The cheese was served nice and hot -- by itself, almost 15 minutes before the rest of theorder -- so it had cooled too much to enjoy. The server took the cheese back to the kitchen for a new serving but took so longto return that the broccoli had gone cold by then. So, we waited some more while they tried to get organized. Good thing I justordered a salad -- no heat to loose. Our waitress had only been on the job for less than a week, it was the kitchen wait-staffbringing our dishes. Not impressed with the supervisor, either. He felt the need to reprimand our waitress in public whilestanding at our booth. This establishment needs more training that should start at the top first. When I was younger I use to go to Red Robin frequently loved the bottomless drinks and fries. It's a pretty nostalgic burger... joint for me. My family and I stopped by here while waiting for our car to get new shoes at Costco. I ordered the Royal redRobin burger medium, egg sunny side up. See photo, it was missing the tomato and the bacon. The patty quality was similar toMcDonalds, for the price I would much rather have had Five Guys. Not to mention the people in the kitchen were making a ruckusbanging on stuff playing drums. I won't be returning to this place or recommending anyone this establishment. Read more

The staff was extremely friendly, engaging, and very pleasant to interact with. My burger was cooked the exact way that I... liked, and it was extremely delicious. Devon (sp?) was awesome to interact with and he made me feel welcomed. This was the firsttime I have been to a Red Robin by myself and honestly felt really welcomed and not awkward like I thought it would be.
