Ordered thru their app at 10pm. Google says store is open until 1am. They canceled my order after charging me. Now I gotta wait... 5 days or more for refund. Beware they close much earlier than the app or Google says. Plus when they do they are very rudeabout it. Read more
I placed an order at 8:28pm. It?s now 8:27pm and I am not sure where my food is at. I was charged for my order, the store which... happens to be on Main St. in the city of Santa Ana isn?t answering their phone. While I understand that it?s a weekend and theymay be busy but can you please update the tracker or let your customers know you?re having technical difficulties. It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings.... It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It wasquite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but theircustomer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. IfI even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don?t work there because theywere never present and only called me back once but told me they didn?t have the authority to help. If you want to avoid foodpoisoning and terrible customer service, avoid Dominos. Read more
I like ordering from Dominos with the convenience of the app. Just be cautious abt leaving payment info because my account was... hacked already (not this Domino's). I would have given them 5 stars, but they are the only location whose tracker tells youyour pizza has arrived but it's not there until 15 mins later. So... I am asking myself, "do they do this so it looks like ordergets to me on time?". But, whenever I call them to follow-up, they always give me this answer "our tracker is automatic based ondistance and time it takes to deliver your order. However, sometimes the driver has several orders within your community so itdelays the delivery" Read more
Two weekends in a row, we ordered pan pizzas with extra cheese and extra sausage... As you can see, there's plenty of cheese,... but there's no way this should be considered "extra" sausage. some pieces have almost no sausage at all and the outer parts ofmy second pizza don't have any... When I complained to the very young looking shift supervisor he stood his ground and said thatwas what extra sausage is like. Not Cool! and very authority happy attitude as well. - Update- I did eventually get a call fromthe site manager who was understanding of the problem and validating with concerns AND gave us a proper pizza for free whichcouldn't take away the time and frustration of the original incidents but was a good step in the right direction andappreciated. Our local Domino's has consistently delivered our order on time and still HOT! The delivery personnel have been friendly,... courteous and always asks if we want extra crushed peppers and cheese. The pizza is also typically great and we appreciate thatthey have a thin crust option with lots of veggies. This Domino's is our go-to pizza delivery service when I don't feel likecooking or just want a good pizza. Oh yeah, it warms up great the next day in a dry, hot frying pan...makes the crust crispyand warms all the topping by placing a cover over the pan. Try it...it works great! Read more
Twice now I have ordered and paid online only to be told at pick up it hasn?t been paid for. Only Dominos that has this issue.
