Very unprofessional and rude. Don?t greet guests in a timely manner or even acknowledge us after standing at counter for 10... minutes. The only employee that has any idea of how to treat guests is the guy David who always greets and serves in arespectful way. Someone needs to educate all others in proper customer service ethic because I go there almost everyday andoverlook their rude, unprofessional behavior but after today I don?t think I will be going back there because enough is enough.I?d rather drink gas station coffee then deal with their nonsense every morning Read more
I used to go put of my way to go here, because they always made my order correctly. Now it seems like the kids working there... are just playing around the entire time and everything is made wrong. The girl in the drive thru actually wants to argue andhave an attitude when she is making orders incorrectly. Read more

Can't go inside, the staff was really bad, and prices were ridiculously high, I had to ask for a receipt because I honestly... thought they were trying to scam me. I come by here every year for a family reunion and I used to stop in, grab coffee anddonuts use the restroom, it was a great place but the past few years it's never open to the public, drive through service ishorrible, and prices seem way out of whack. This is by far the worst Dunkin? Donuts in the state of PA. If service was bad only once then it wouldn?t be a big deal but... every single time I go here it is absolutely horrendous. 20 minutes in a drive through only to receive the wrong order. Itwasn?t even a hot sandwich . It was a bagel with cream cheese. I couldn?t wait another 20 minutes so I had to leave and neverreceived my bagel. My 5 year old could do a better job. Worst experience EVER! Staff don?t understand the word Customer Service, they don?t know any of their products, EXTREMELY... SARCASTIC and RUDE! Worst location in the area. Never a long line but the line takes forever for some reason. I visited every morning?it was always... inconsistent when it came to a simple small coffee with cream and sugar?irritating to say the least. Also the coffee became veryweak to the point of tasteless. This photo was the straw that broke the camel?s back and prompted this review though. What isthis? This place is horrendous, went there last week I always order multiple drinks I have the app and had a free drink it didn't come... up when she scanned the app and I told her and she told me it'll come up when she shuts her drawer and of course it did not Ilet it go thinking maybe she was new or didn't know what she was doing went back today she did the same thing to me so it's oneof two things she really doesn't know what she's doing or she's a scammer won't go back. I spend a lot of money at all the localDunkin' donuts and this is the only place that they will not allow you to use your free drink that you earn with your rewards.And when I told her she was wrong she slammed her hand down on the counter oh no I'm not putting up with that!
