Fresh food cooked very good. Fries were fresh and crisp. Good service at the drive through

The food was cold for being fresh and we went inside rather than the drive through. The place was incredibly dirty. From the... counters too the floors and tables. At 9:30am on a Saturday. I doubt there was a rush. Could be under staffing but no excusesreally. The cleanliness made me question my foods prep. Read more
I just have to say , I?ve never seen someone pour a drink so slow in my life. This was definitely the slowest service I?ve ever... had...also they gave us BBQ sauces that were already half open, what a mess...and when our order was taken , there was nogreeting in any way, these employees lack customer service and take their sweet time with everything..took us about 30 minutesto get through the drive through line, I could have gotten my food at a restaurant in that time, it?s called fast food for areason.... Clean location but terribly slow service. We walked inside to order and four staff members looked at us repeatedly for 5-10... minutes and didn't assist me or the guest in front of us... When they finally assisted us they didn't even greet us. They justwalked to the register and looked at us. There was no one in the drive through and only one person in front of us. Jalepeno poppers then a quick trip next door for some booze and my work night ends better than the previous 9 hours treated... me. Weird that I asked for ranch and didn't get the normal butter milk ranch packets they usually have but whatever. Spicy snackwashed down by booze makes my night end well. Read more
