What a shame. We have ordered here plenty over the years; I doubt we will anymore. Placed an order for 4 pies, parm bites and... cheesy bread around noon for delivery around 6. Pizza finally came at 7:30 after WE called more than once to inquire. Guesswhat? No parmesan bread bites or cheesy bread. Called again. I heard the excuses. I appreciate and I understand the difficultieswhen drivers call out. I am familiar with retail and food service. Still, you took my money. What's worse is that you took mymoney knowing you couldn't deliver the service. (They have a legal term for that.) Finally, you didn't offer anything but astore credit for the forgotten items, or to deliver them. I chose for you to deliver them because the kids gotta eat. Had youoffered something; had you called us at any point, had you comped anything... any of those things would have resulted in noreview here. To the franchise owner: get your house in order or you'll lose it like so many others have. Read more
Service is always too slow. Food quality has diminished. Tastes like a fake cheese substitute. Better pizza can be had from... ShopRite or WallMart (frozen) for half the price. Buyer Beware! Lots of Fake 4 and 5 Star reviews. Read more
The food was fine but they have a promotion on the app that when your food is in the ready stage they have two minutes to... deliver it to your car or you get a free pizza with your next order. They let the timer go down to a little under one min andthen said the order was completed while it took them a additional three minutes for them to deliver the food to the car makingtheir promotion nothing more then a fake selling point for their great speed when they have full control over it in the end.
