What a shame. We have ordered here plenty over the years; I doubt we will anymore. Placed an order for 4 pies, parm bites and... cheesy bread around noon for delivery around 6. Pizza finally came at 7:30 after WE called more than once to inquire. Guesswhat? No parmesan bread bites or cheesy bread. Called again. I heard the excuses. I appreciate and I understand the difficultieswhen drivers call out. I am familiar with retail and food service. Still, you took my money. What's worse is that you took mymoney knowing you couldn't deliver the service. (They have a legal term for that.) Finally, you didn't offer anything but astore credit for the forgotten items, or to deliver them. I chose for you to deliver them because the kids gotta eat. Had youoffered something; had you called us at any point, had you comped anything... any of those things would have resulted in noreview here. Service is always too slow. Food quality has diminished. Tastes like a fake cheese substitute. Better pizza can be had from... ShopRite or WallMart (frozen) for half the price. Buyer Beware! Lots of Fake 4 and 5 Star reviews. Read more
The food was fine but they have a promotion on the app that when your food is in the ready stage they have two minutes to... deliver it to your car or you get a free pizza with your next order. They let the timer go down to a little under one min andthen said the order was completed while it took them a additional three minutes for them to deliver the food to the car makingtheir promotion nothing more then a fake selling point for their great speed when they have full control over it in the end. Disclaimer: I NEVER order junk food like but alas, I just moved in town and decided to have a few beers and eat junk food. So I... got a large thin crust pizza topped with bacon, pineapple, and onions. It was absolutely delicious. Crispy, decent amount oftoppings, fresh and hot when delivered. The delivery was fast and my driver/delivery man was courteous. Thank you Dominoes ofLedgewood for allowing me to indulge! Read more
If I could rate this location of dominos A zero I would. I ordered a pan pizza and it was doughy and raw in the middle. I posted... picks you can see how light the bottom is and the inside was chewy doughy and not edible. I called and told them and some girlwas very condescending and said I?ll need to bring it back so she can inspect it. I said well you will have to take a bite totell it is very undercooked. She said ? do you want me to help or critique my work ethic. ? I asked to speak to a manager andshe said she was a manager. I started to say she is rude and she hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and nasty ?chefmike? got on the phone and was just as rude. It was absolutely appalling unprofessional behavior. I will no longer order from this location. I normally do carryout because when I order it's on the way home so it's easier for... me to just go get it. But the times that I get delivery, the driver asked for a tip. Now I always prepay online, and I give thetip in cash because I definitely know the driver is going to get it. I have family that delivered for Domino's, so I always hada soft spot for the drivers. With that being said, I do not like being put on the spot about a tip. I understand that the tip ispart of how they get paid, but I feel it should be at the customer's discretion to tip or not. Do not basically force me to tipyou because you asked. When I called the store to report this, the person who answered told me I was rude for saying the drivershouldn't ask. Then said the best way to resolve this would be for me to not order from them anymore. You are absolutely right!So I won't and haven't. Pizza Hut is better anyway. Read more
Worse place ever. I order my pie at 7:33pm. It said that my order will be done at 8:18pm. At 8:56pm. My order still not ready... and they guy said I'm the only here. No, he wasn't it was another guy there and an older man in the back. Read more
