Sliced brisket was flaky, fork tender, extra lean, full flavor smoke and seasoning greatness for sure. Gotta try all three... sauces are well worth it, the original has a medium pour with a sweet subtle smoke flavor. Hot & Spicy was well rounded withplenty of kick. This food was excellent. I recently moved closer to this part of town and had never tried Parker's. Im glad I did! Great food.... They smoke it themselves and it was awesome. I will be back. We talked with the manager and he even showed us their smoker andthe prime rib that was cooking for that evening. We had a reuben and some type of hot beef sandwich. Top notch! Well done,Parker's! Amazing customer service! Onion rings are the best there. Very good steak fries and brisket as well. So unique that they bring... out 3 sauces to your table for your bbq sauce! You can take little to go cups of bbq sauce home as well. Hands down bestcornbread muffin I've ever had! The butter was exceptional on my muffin. Read more
