As a General Manager? I am disappointed in todays meal & the service I received! The GM was rude and unwilling to hear my... concerns.Food came cold and food looked unappetizing ?. Told me he is by himself making the pizza .. sorry in my place ofbusiness I have 2 people by lunch ..I will never be ordering from here again .& I will make sure non of my friends or familywill either?as a manager you need to own up to the problem and apologize and make it right . This Pizza Hut use to be lit when I was kid. Idk what happened. Service was good. But I want the good days where families... actually looked forward to Pizza Hut night. You guys literally use to have the best toys??To the owner?.. Get yo but up andrealize this Pizza Hut use to be a WELL KNOWN LANDMARK. Your missing out on dine in revenue here. Update 7/5/22 this place has fallen off tremendously. I have gotten people who work here who don't know how to properly take an... order. Once i arrive i have to wait more time for them to fix my order. Today, this happened along with my pizza looking likesomeone tried to eat off of it. Adding pictures because it looks disgusting. I live a lot closer to the one in Union but in Union they always burn the dam pizza lol. Love this location. Always make it... right! Read more
Raphael, the store manager, goes above and beyond for customer service and ensures that the food is always hot and freshly made.... Errors from online/app use caused malfunction and he personally called me to make sure I was satisfied. Cannot say enough aboutthis Pizza Hut and their service. Read more

I don't know how the food taste, I was only here to pick up a door dash but I wouldn't order from this location. The gentleman... that works in the front with they long hair, came from outside (the side door) with his gloves on, proceeded to the register tomake a transaction & then headed to the food window & began preparing orders ...never changed his gloves. He didn't look likethe caring type so I didn't waste my breathe just wanted to inform possible customers. Read more
