As much as I love White Castle, the service here is lack luster. My last visit had me waiting over an hour in the drive thru. ... This location was s terrible! They take forever and then have a nasty attitude. When I asked for my order to be corrected before... I paid because I was charged more then necessary.The young woman with braids and long nails in the drive through wanted to arguewith me about her messing up. So I got mad and instead of paying for the food I drove off. This location used to be great but,there are too many young people working here who have bad attitudes and don’t follow protocol with customers or cleanliness. Iwill wait for the Westfield location to open that is in a different town rather then this location which is a 3 minute drivedown the highway for me. I gave it one star because there was nothing less then that. I wish I could give just a 1/4 star or nostars for the poor service! Read more
Its white castle!, every time im back in town i have to at least have a quick bite.
Wait time was extremely long but staff did the best they could with the amount of customers they had. One young lady (with red... braids) was absolutely phenomenal tonight! I wish I got her name but whoever she is this girl deserves a raise NOW! Read more
Terrible experience 3 different times on the night shift. They completely messed up my total order! I should have checked it.... The last 3 times I was there, 2x with another person and the service was horrible! They were too busy running around, playingtag in the restaurant! That's how they messed up my order! The whole night shift has Big Attitudes and they keep you waitingover 30 to 45 minutes or more on the drive thru! All that horse playing needs to stop because customers are not happy about thisparticular place! Some people need not to be working there! I got less than what I paid for!!! Kinda under whelming. Ordered a number 8 and took about 10 minutes for the food to be prepared. For fast food it's not very... fast. Over all the food was at least fresh and hot and actually pretty good . I do have to note none of the staff seemed happyor had any sense of urgency at all Read more
1pm Wednesdays that female cook can't cook. The hamburger had a tiny drop of ketchup and was flattened like a pancake. You ask... for steamed they pretend they did. They think the customer is stupid like they can't tell the difference. Keep thinking thecustomers are stupid. You won't have a job or business No longer. Work the register let someone else cook.
