Ordered the Big Ham and Cheese combo to go. Once in my car I noticed that the sandwich had a lot less ham than the ones I've... ordered in the past. The cheese was also not completely melted and almost cold. I went to the counter and politely voiced myconcerns and was told by the server "Well we made it fresh". I asked if they could at least warm up the sandwich and all theyrepeated to me was "We made it fresh". So no go on having a hot sandwich. Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich no bacon ( due to being recently bitten by a tick and no allergic to pork and other mammals that... contain alpha gal ) - they put bacon, no problem - I took it back around and explained I was allergic? they literally took itback and removed the bacon and brought it back, still with bacon impression in sauce! I went through the drive through and had a problem with my food..... But I did go inside and Terrell the assisted manage got... everything together hot and fresh like it should be.
