Ordered the Big Ham and Cheese combo to go. Once in my car I noticed that the sandwich had a lot less ham than the ones I've... ordered in the past. The cheese was also not completely melted and almost cold. I went to the counter and politely voiced myconcerns and was told by the server "Well we made it fresh". I asked if they could at least warm up the sandwich and all theyrepeated to me was "We made it fresh". So no go on having a hot sandwich. Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich no bacon ( due to being recently bitten by a tick and no allergic to pork and other mammals that... contain alpha gal ) - they put bacon, no problem - I took it back around and explained I was allergic? they literally took itback and removed the bacon and brought it back, still with bacon impression in sauce! Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for this. I love Hardee?s breakfast. Hardee?s have the best biscuits for breakfast but... for some reason they decided to give us old sausage and biscuits this morning. One bite and that was it. Burgers were great! Did not get all my fries for my order. Would've been a complete meal with all my fries for both meals.
The first time I went, I sat waiting in line over 10 mins no one picked up the intercom so i then drove to the window and honked... my horn and the girl tells me their closed at 9:30am on a Tuesday Morning. I said why no one had the respect of telling me oranswering the speaker.? Sir I'm only one here what you expect horrible attitude. The next time I went no body answered it wasthe next day Wednesday and I started to drive off and saw the two middle age workers standing out front of the store smoking. Istopped and said are yall not open?, she said what you want babe I'm going to take care of you just tell me what you want so Idid and she made my breakfast. The last time I went was yesterday the manager ignored me he was counting a drawer that wasobviously short, so he went through it 3 times never acknowledged me at the window so two girls walked up one girl he wasfussing at about the drawer and the other walks to the window with a head full of dandruff and no head net. Really??? You couldtell she have combed her hair in a while and passing people's food. Here's a pic of my food. I ordered scrambled eggs theyscrambled eggs on a grill they obviously don't clean and their French frys apple are fried in the same grease. They're alwayscovered in little black grit. I went through the drive through and had a problem with my food..... But I did go inside and Terrell the assisted manage got... everything together hot and fresh like it should be.
