I ordered a salmon roll and a spicy salmon roll. There's a trend locally to add crunchy tempura, which isn't done where I come... from. The rice kernels were tough, cold and not well seasoned with mirin and rice vinegar. One piece of salmon had grizzle so Icould not chew through it and had to spit it out. I ordered thru DoorDash for my delivery. I can say that the food is amazing! Good amount of serving for each meal since I can... eat the half first then the other half later. Creamy Katsu was my favorite! I just got a bit overwhelmed with Mighty Fried Riceas there was too much meat but I guess that's a good thing too. Spicy Salmon Roll was also delish! My boyfriend's favourite restaurant in London. We order from Katsu Express at least once a week. The Mighty! Poke Bowl is the... best, a little bit pricey but very healthy and delicious. The Katsu and sushi are also very good, but the space in store is alittle bit small and also very busy usually, so we haven't got the chance to dine-in there yet. Read more
Okay listen up people, I eat a lot of sushi, and I eat at a lot of restaurants. I came here for the first time today and I was... genuinely impressed. My girlfriend and I spent $77 and we both think it was well worth it. The salmon poke bowl, never had one,fantastic. California roll, salmon roll, and the yam roll, all very fresh, perfect texture, temperature was great, presentationwas beautiful, and dipped in the spicy mayo the sushi was incredible. I ordered the mighty Katsu roll as well, I had high hopesfor this but I don't like cooked fish so the torched salmon threw me off a bit however it was still very well put together andfresh. We got strawberry milk tea and taro milk tea, idk why it's tea it was just strawberry milk, don't know about the tarothough. But seriously, very high quality salmon. I should also add that the employees were extremely polite and friendly. Ihighly recommend trying this place out if you're looking for an average price date???? Read more
Ordered takeout the other night and order was ready within 15 minutes! Got the Salmon Poke Bowl and the original Katsu bento.... Always a great dinner option and serving sizes are perfect! The Katsu and salmon are always top notch! Satisfied every time Iorder from them. Highly recommend! Read more
