Closed drive thru, online order and lobby? Should just replace this spot with a new coffee shop because it?s either poorly... managed, or they just keep hiring people who do not care. Put it on google that your drive thru services are closed and teachyour employees what drinks you have because I got told there was no green tea options in the past when you have several. Read more

I just visited this Starbucks store and ordered my usual Grande skinny caramel macchiato with an extra drizzle of caramel. I... order this everyday. It is 5.25. They were charging me .80 extra for sugar free vanilla and .60 for the extra caramel drizzle.They said that was the new price as of today. I called back to speak to a manager and got the same kid that was at the drive-upwindow. He told me that was the new price from corporate. I called 2 more Starbucks store in SLO and Arroyo Grande and was toldit was still 5.25, that all they were doing was substituting non fat milk for 2% and sugar free vanilla for reg vanilla. Ordered on the app in advance, intending to enjoy in the shop, but that wasn't going to be allowed as it turned out. The shop... was only open for drive thru, and the doors were locked. I had to walk to the drive thru window, where I was told I needed toget out of the drive thru lane for liability reasons (there were no cars btw). Starbucks is everywhere. But if you want to switch it up there, try the apple crisp frappuccino, it's delicious! It tastes like... sweet caramely green apple goodness. Truly the most unique flavor I've discovered there. Their nitro cold brew coffees are goodtoo. I grew up in Los Osos and remember when this was a bank. Living in Oregon now and visiting, it's always nice to come in andreminisce about the good ol' days. The way they turned the bank vault into a seating room was pretty darn crafty! Read more
Great location in old Monterey right across the street from our hotel. Super busy but mobile ordered and drinks were ready when... arrived. A little on the sweet side but they were slammed, so I'll give them a pass. Staff was friendly. Nice store. Read more
