Cane Run Rd....First of all the mic outside is horrible and you can barely hear them and they can barely hear you. It's a lot of... kids in there, that like to play around and not do their job, Rude, and obnoxious . The food, OMG!! Cold burgers, my cheesenever melts which let me know the burgers been in the warmer sitting, might want to check the temp on that. Just ordered doordash this morning. Received the wrong food and also found a hair in the gravy. Tried to call store several... times to inform manager to not use the gravy because of hair. Nobody answered the phone. Read more
Worst place ever. They don?t answer the drive thru for several minutes. I went there again today because it?s close to work and... sat in drive thru for 5 minutes. So I pulled up to window and at this point is 10am. Got some girl?s attention and she doesn?teven have headset on so now I know why she didn?t answer drive thru. I advise her I want to order breakfast and that no one isanswering drive thru and she says that?s because they are switching over to lunch. I said ?lunch isn?t for another 30 minutesand what?s the reason for not answering drive thru? she then tells another girl she can?t deal with people like me and to dealwith me. So rude. Employees was nice and friendly. I ordered me the chicken sandwich medium fry and a strawberry lemonade. And my food was piping... hot and fresh. Which you can see my chicken sandwich is almost eating up. Read more
I went to the drive through at around 1:00pm ordered 2spicy chicken meals and 2 10piece nuggets one spicy and one regular. Got... to the window where a shift manager handed me my drinksi asked one to be ice and the other to be no ice they switched the orderwhich was ok i stated that it was wrong while smiling to let them know i didn't really have ill intent and afterwards she said"you really going to start a fight with me over ice don't you have ice at your house whats the difference anyway" this was allin a harsh tone. well now i was angry so i was then about to ask for a refund and leave. when she asked me if i wanted that cokewith no ice i guess she noticed that she was in the wrong i decided to drop it not worth fighting over. Didn't see her for therest of the time of waiting on my food one of the other people handed me my food and said sorry she looked like a regularemployee. When they handed me my card back they didn't offer me a receipt an i didn't think about asking for one. Read more
