First time trying this place, absolutely love it. We wanted ordered a bit of everything (wings, pizza, cinnamon sticks) and all... of it was equally delicious. I normally can?t find a lot of pizza places that have a good white/olive oil base pizza and thishas to be my favorite in all of Lubbock. The owners were beyond sweet and our food was done so fast. We went to 1000 Degrees for the Tuesday special of 10" pizza and fountain drink for $8.95. We also got a cheesy bread. The staff... were friendly and service was quick. No line and plenty of tables at 5pm on a Tuesday. Food was quite good, especially for theprice. This place is BYOB so bring beer if you want a cold one with your pizza. Read more
Just ate here. Wow was it good. Food was awesome we had pepperoni pizza and Hawaii fire pizza. I have had pizza from many... different places and wow was this the best. The staff is super friendly and just a all out great experience here in Lubbock. Andboy was it fast. All hand made and on the table within 10 minutes. Can't say enough good about this place. Update: Can no longer recommend this place, what used to be the best value in town is now way overpriced. I understand price... increases but not a 50-100%+ increase on certain items. Personally I don?t believe the quality matches the asking price anymore.If I?m paying a premium price for pizza I?d go to Stella?s Capital or Dario?s and get a much more superior product for the sameamount of money or even less in some instances. I?d put you guys on par with Pie Five or Domino?s which both cost less money.I suggest reevaluating your prices because until they?re more realistic I won?t be a patron anymore and I?ll recommend people goelsewhere. Positives: clean, Friendly, speedy Negatives: Over priced, real skimpy on toppings, girl making my salad was picking things... out and throwing it on the floor . When I got into the salad at home I was finding brown slimy pieces of lettuce assuming thisis what was being picked out and chunked. The flavor was about like a pizza hut hand tossed. Ordered two 10 inch it was wronghad to wait for the second meetza to be made Verdict: I always give places a second chance before ditching for good. Hopefullynext try will better FYI: the picture of the slice with nothing this is how it came 3 slices had nothing. One slice had okamounts the rest very little. The place was not busy. I assume he threw it together quickly because we had to wait while therest of our order was done. Nevertheless I didn't mind waiting. I'm a pretty layed back person. I wasn't upset at all when hemissed the second pizza I wanted. But What's rritating is I waited and was sent home with sloppy dry no toppings pizza. Booo. Read more
Second time visiting 1000 Degrees Pizza, the second time was much better than the first. So I won't say much about the first... experience. Although the staff appeared to be highly disorganized, the pie was good and is decently priced. Not sure if she wasthe manager or the owner, but whomever she was, she was very friendly and nice. It's a new business recently opened, theyprobably just need some time to figure it out but they have potential. Read more
