Just picked up my food. Waited and waited. Staff barely recognizes you, as if you are inconveniencing them. They were not busy... on a Monday at 8:15 p.m. Finally bartender got my order after saying they did not have it. Showed him my email confirmation, andpayment taken out of my bank. If I had not paid for my meal already, I would have left. Worst customer service I haveexperienced in a long time. Read more
Chips were nasty and old it seemed like we got the chips from the very bottom of batch asked for a fresh batch and I got the... same thing! Food took for ever just for it to be gross my rice was hard and greens where shriveled!! Like if it had been left inthe microwave too long..not to mention the waiter got a little bothered after telling him twice about our old chips.. will notbe coming back Do better apple bees . My food was very good but the service was terrible. I had to ask for straws for my wife and then again ask for a knife. Then... when I got the check my waitress was no where to be found! Finally they found her after waiting 10 minutes Read more
I came in with my wife and two kids during the dinner rush about a week ago. Our hostess Miranda was extremely kind and helpful.... We didn?t see much of our server and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our food wasbrought out in a timely manner. Our server was Amanda. She had a few other tables but to be honest Miranda was helping most ofthe tables I could see on the side of the restaurant we where on. Amanda was very polite and kind when we did see her, but sheseemed very overwhelmed. Management definitely leaves something ti be desired from what we could see and overhear that night.While the host was running around helping everyone we seen what I can only assume to be a manager yelling at the poor girl aboutover sitting a server and was very rude when she was trying to explain something. We left a tip for our server but also tippedour host because she was spectacular. The food was amazing and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job with our steaks. Thebartender was also amazing and our drinks where made perfectly. It?s nice to see this place turning around from what it used tobe. Will definitely come back, and definitely hoping that next time, we won?t have to hear amazing staff being belittle bymanagement. The poor girl was doing amazing, and shouldn?t have been spoken to the way she was. My wife was very upset to seethe way she was treated, especially with how kind she was to our children and how welcoming and friendly she was. Read more
The waitress, Tina was awesome. However, the hostess was rude and acted as if seating patrons was an inconvenience Hostess also... told us that there were not any steak knives because they were all dirty and we had to get our own eating utensils. We will notbe back! Read more
I would have left a no star and always a place at least gets a 3 star from me when I review. My table was grimey dirty and the... chairs as well. Waiter was rude. He threw the chips down on table and left spoke only to take order. Never returned to bringdrink refills the place was not busy.He brought broken ships out and cold cheese dip. Floor nasty food every where the Hostesshad stringy dirty hair and poor hygiene.Food took forever and was burnt and cold. Read more
I brought my daughters here today to eat lunch. A sign up that lets customers know they are under staffed?so we went in knowing... it would be slow. Well worth the wait. The lady and gentlemen working were very great! Great service even though they were verybusy. The food was amazing! I got the chili lime chicken?.so hot and fresh! Everything was great! I didn?t know what to expectwith them being understaffed and I knew we we were taking our chances. It was really good and I?m glad we decided to take thechance! Went it about 1015 Monday and checked with gentleman to make sure they were still open since there was only 4 tables occupied, ... store was empty which he said yes we close at 12. So i asked if I could sit at the bar. No one ever came and took my order, noone never came and said hey we will be right with you but what did happen a party of 5 walked in and that same gentleman walkedpast me greeted them at the door and then went and cleaned a table for them and seated them.
