Wednesday's 2 for $6 French Dip w Swiss was excellent. The buns were fresh, soft, and warm. They were great with the beef and... swiss cheese. The au jus topped it all off perfectly. Added a side of Arby's curly fries and a Dr. Pepper to create a fast,cheap, filling, hard to beat lunch. I will definitely be back. Easily the worst Arby's in Lubbock if not the worst restaurant in Lubbock. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed about the... way it's being ran. Wait times are horrible expect to spend 90% of your lunch there waiting. Customer service is nonexistent. IfI could give this place a negative review, I would. I find the location on Slide to be a much better experience overall at thevery least it's cleaner. I went for a 2 for $7 classic roast beef, only to be told that wasn't an option for 2 for $7. I go tothe other location on Slide and all of a sudden it is an option. I will never go to the location on 82nd again most theemployees there don't seem to care too much about their job, and it shows. Read more
