On the plus side, the service was good. The waiter was friendly and helpful. ***HOWEVER*** 1. The food was terrible. 2. The... appitizer was bad. Stale lukewarm chips and burnt thick dry boiling dip. 3. The drinks were mostly carbonated water, and I didrequest a diffrent drink. This is the second Bj's location I've been to in the last three months and the food at both locationswas bad. The typical response I get from these reviews suggest that next time I return the food or ask for something different.I'm sure I speak for most people when I say that as consumers, we would prefer you get it right the first time. Had a reservation for a birthday dinner at 7 didn't get seated till almost 8 and our party had to sit at two different tables... instead of putting them together to make a long table everyone could enjoy. They said our appetizers were going to be free butstill tried to charge for them on the ticket. Food was decent, personally my burger and fries were cold when it came outthough. Pretty disappointing dinner this evening. This is my 3rd time here. First was lunch and had pizza. Wasn’t bad just average.... The 2 dinners we’ve had were far from acceptable, especially for the price. Out of the 4 entrees order, 3 were either wrong orbadly prepared. We definitely will not be coming back. I usually don't write google reviews but I felt like I needed to for this place. I haven't had good experiences here recently. I... came in a month ago and I asked for my burger medium rare and they burnt it a lot. I ate it anyway and overlooked this issue.Today however, I placed a to-go order online for some food and they canceled the order WITHOUT notifying me that one of themeals was missing. I come in to pick up my food and they claimed to not have the order and then they magically found it in thesystem. They told me they had to make me pay for the entree again that I had already paid for and I also noticed that thetransaction was not pending on my card. The to-go were not super friendly (and usually aren't). Hopefully this issue resolvedsoon and my order is refunded but until then don't order from Bj's to-go unless you want no communication to when your order iscanceled. Read more

This restaurant so amazing to have a family or date night dinner, as soon as you walk in it looks so elegant and the lights are... just beautiful, the hostess welcome you with a smile and are so kind. Our server Monica was amazing she was kind and always madesure we we were doing good. And the manager/boss was walking around multiple times to greet and meet the other people, veryrespectful. Tavern like Atmosphere with a spacious modern design that gives dinners a sense of privacy while dining. Menu has something for... every mood from quick bites to semi-formal nite out. Tried pizza, chicken strips and burgers. Plenty of fresh toppings on themini pizza and it was plenty for one possibly two. Stingy on the sauce and a bit doughy. Strips came with real mash potatoes andwere very tender that came with ranch and requested buffalo and Nashville hot ssuces. Nashville hot had a ranch type base thatkilled both flavor and eye test.Burgers are top quality beef and cooked to order with very good battered fries. Extensive beermenu highlighted by their signature brews. I tried the Piranha Pale Ale that paired nicely with both burger and pizza. Friendlyprofessional staff with a floor manager over seeing all.
