Very dissapointing. They forgot to enter my order while in the drive through so i had to wait and hold up the line again while... they had me re order. Then my order was wrong on top of that and had to go inside to correct it. Also slipped on the greasyfloor. Used to love this place but its really gone downhill fast. Read more

There menu is too far from the speaker. They also don't pay attention at drive thru. Sitting at the outer line as I see 4... vehicles get served at the inner line. Had to reverse and go to that line to order. Read more

My son, husband, & I were very hungry so we stopped at this Braums In Lubbock to eat. We've always enjoyed the Braums in... Levelland!! Friendly people, good food, just all around good service so we didn't think this one would be any different!Well.... I was so hungry I bit into my ???? burger really wanting it! I thought I had a stringy onion so I stuck my finger tothe burger and my mouth to loosen it from my burger and YES IT WAS A LONG HAIR!!! I thought about just ordering another cuz Iwas so hungry but I couldn't cuz my tummy was so upset! I took it back up front to tell the mgr. what happened & she gave me theoption of buying another burger or my money back. I got my money back & I was still hungry but nauseated at the same time!!????Mgr. said she was sorry this happened. The women cooking at the grill was wearing a hairnet but most of her hair was falling outof it!! ???? It's like wearing a mask for covid protection but you wear it as a chin guard..come on now!! Love the cheeseburgers. However this time the burger was cold and the fries were cold. The drink and catsup bar was dirty with... only one container working. No raspberry tea in the dispenser. Great burgers, great fries, great ice cream, great prices. The seating area is always clean, the employees are always helpful... and attentive, food comes out quick. Their Braum?s sauce is so good - like a fry sauce with a good kick to it. My family and Ilike to come here and eat inside for a low-cost dinner out. Read more
