Went for ice cream in the drive-through last week. There was a mixup with our order so after we paid cash and moved to the... second window we were forced to produce our receipt as they couldn't find it in the computer. Luckily we still had it. We thenhad to wait over 10 minutes while they re-submitted the order, and remake our TWO ice-creams (small shake and small reeses mix).They proceeded to mess it up anyway. So, poor service, poor communication, and wrong food. We will stick to our usual WolfforthBraums. (Though the high school workers at all locations in the area look overwhelmed.) Read more
The service was great but the cleanliness of the restaurant was totally disgusting. Lot of the tables were dirty there was... trash on the floor and the drink area was a mess. Not a place that people would want to come in and relax and have a meal. Read more
My wife loves braums, I think it is decent but she wants to eat it all the time and I ALWAYS say "they never get my order... right." Braums on 82nd and Milwaukkee has managed to get my order wrong 4 consecutive visits. How hard is NO CHEESE tocomprehend? Read more
Always busy .... especially at the drive thru. Everyone moves quickly, dancing around each other to complete our order. And of... course, the ice cream is yummy! Read more
I love braums but this specific location continuously just keeps getting worse, food and service. The kids working there are... always rude but I usually just ignore it. However, now the food is just sloppy. Our burgers were cold and soggy with ketchupslapped all over the top and bottom of the bun. Took one bite and threw everything out. Read more
Went for the ice cream sunday's - the kids that work there were not happy waiting on us, especially if you're an older adult,... ((well we're not really that old but felt like it tonight)). We went on a Friday night, silly us. Employees we're pre-occupiedwith themselves and not the customers. The girls behind the counter were gossiping about some girl that used to work there infront of us, very poor judgment on their part. The girl helping us seemed like she was pretty down and out. I tried joking withher, but she never cracked a smile or she could have at least said.... enjoy your Sundays. 5 minutes later, they were allhelpful to the younger kids who came in to cheer up the night. Good food, mediocre service. Would not recommend to eat inside. They have ketchup and special sauce pumps that were both empty.... We asked if they could refill it, they said they would - they never did. We went back up to ask again, and they completelyignored us. Read more
Don?t usually even leave reviews but our last two experiences have been terrible. Rude staff that rolls their eyes at customers... who just ask for a straw and constantly forgetting items in your order. Read more
