Terrible service, rude manager, cold food, hair in the food and charging us for something we didn?t pay for in other buffalo... wild wing stores. They may have a good looking restaurant but they better know that people don?t go to restaurants for prettywalls or goods designs, they go to eat ?good food?. This was the nasty food I ever eat the food was cold they got all are ordered wrong. This was not what I ordered.
Bad experience. "Traditional" wing sauce was impossibly hot (can you say nuclear?). They should have warned me. Eating wings... this hot was not enjoyable. Food was overpriced. Service was terrible. I had to get up and chase the (inattentive) server downfor a badly needed drink refill. I recommend steering clear of this place. Read more
Got wings to go today. Should have looked at them before I left. Got back to work to some dry ?Jammin jalapeño? and ?Asian... zing? wings. Very disappointed to have this come from B-Dubs. UPDATE: Manager took care of it in a very positive & professionalmanner. Great customer service & we feel like she valued us a customer not just taking care of the issue. Read more
LUCY IS AMAZING!!! Honestly, I thought i had great service at BWW until tonight..she was EXCEPTIONAL! We never had to ask for... refills, she anticipated our every need. Food was a bit slow coming out but not her fault. She was running a large area and didso with grace! She was very upbeat & had great knowledge about the menu and Blazin' Rewards. We happened to get 50% off our mealfrom being members. One thing that blew my mind was, we declined the last offer for refills on our fountain drinks, we ordereddessert & she in the very least offered water. Not mind blowing to some but I don't usually get this type of consideration. Ifyou're not getting my drift...Lucy's amazing! I wish I could've tipped more, but I hope she loved what we DID leave. Heartbreaking. My wife and I just keep going back for a good experience but we are foiled again and again. The inconsistency of... the boneless wings has finally pushed us to stop getting our feelings hurt. I don't understand why it is so hard to serveconsistently good chicken at a place with "wings" in the title. If a grown (not small) man can't cut a boneless wing with afork, something is wrong. Small, dry, hard, barely warm pieces of chicken that Burger King wouldn't serve to a customer. Greatbeer selection, good service at the bar, and frequently awful boneless wings. Please fix yourself. Went around 12:45 (they were closing at 2), all of the staff (the managers on duty as well) made it clear they wanted everyone... out and were more focused on sweeping, closing everything down and being able to leave at 2 than their paying customers. Firstthey didn't have my drink of choice, then told us we could only order fried food. Spent $80, $8 for 2 sides of fries that had 15fries a piece (yes I counted them because there was so few), boneless wings had a huge bone in them, EVERYTHING was cold and nonot even luke warm but COLD like it didn't even get heated up, service was terrible. Being that I am from out of town, I chosethis location over the other one because it looked newer. Worst mistake ever. Won't be back. Also, if you guys want to leave soearly, close down at 12 like everywhere else so that when people are looking for somewhere to eat, BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE ISCLOSED, they won't pay you a visit where money will be waisted; since the staff clearly cares more about leaving early thancustomer service. Have seen a decline in the quality of food over the past couple of years at this location. Told my husband last time we visited... that it was our last time. This past weekend we had company in town staying with us and they chose to eat here. This visit wasno different than the prior one. Mediocre food once again, except this visit the ranch dressing tasted like it was on the vergeof spoiling. And y'all, I don't know what is growing and/or decomposing in that building but the smell was gross. My husbandblamed it on the cleaning products, but there's no way that funk came from cleaning.
