We just left there and didn?t even get to order. The woman at the front counter kept complaining about why people were going... there. There was nobody in the lobby and maybe 3 cars on drive. We stood there for 7 mins without anyone even greeting us. So weleft and came to McDonald?s. Service here is great, it?s clean, and our food is fresh. Probably the worst drive through experience ever. Starting in the drive through, the took one order at a time, but 5 minutes... apart. Took 15 minutes just to order with 3 cars in front of me. Then once I got up to the window, they asked me to pull aroundto the parking lot to wait. Multiple cars are also waiting for their ?drive through ? orders. Thought I'd give burger king another chance because I really feel that they've gone down hill so far since when I was a kid. And... it let me down all over again ... I only gave 2 stars because I like there chicken sandwich and it was still decent but theservice was horrible and the building is run down and unkept and the employees were rude and you could tell they didn't care atall. Ordered a sandwhich meal with no mayo. Opened it up, covered in mayo, fries were cold and soggy and drink was flat. Was told I... could have a refund but had to wait cause they were in the middle of a rush. Like I was the one who made my order wrong. Alreadywasted 30 minutes of my lunch. Might as well wad up a 10 dollar bill and throw it in the trash. Save yourself the trouble. 0stars would not recommend. And staff was disrespectful. I know it's bk, but good lord. Read more
I ordered the 2 for 5 option with a Big King and a quarter pounder. The Big King had one meat patty and a ton of the sauce. That... was all inside the buns. This burger is supposed to be 2 meat Patties and 2 slices of cheese. I don?t expect much at Burger Kingbut I called anyways and they told me to come back at my earliest convenience for a Big King on them. I drove further than Ishould?ve to come back. When I arrived they told me that my name wasn?t on their list and they couldn?t give me the burger I wastold to come back and pick up. I will not be back to this location. I came from a very tiring duty at the hospital so I decided to have breakfast at this branch. My husband was standing at the... counter for more than 5 minutes already and NO ONE was there to assist us even if they already saw that someone is alreadythere. When my husband decided to leave, someone (wearing a black shirt) went to the counter. I asked her if they are alreadyopen and she replied in a very sarcastic way ?I think so coz the door is open?. I wonder where they hire these people. This group down to the manager didn't even seem like they cared to be here.
