This is hands down and I am sooo dead serious when I say this.. THE WORST DRIVE THRU ESTABLISHMENT IN LUBBOCK AND THERES NO... CLOSE SECOND. Everytime I go there it's a 10 minute wait just to have someone come on speaker then another 30 mins just to getyour food which will be wrong around 75% percent of the time. It's literally a joke everytime I go here and if there were acloser one to my apartment I'd of never tried again today SMH. Something seriously needs to be done about that place Read more

Well, we took 25 mins in the drive thru we had to repeat our order twice, after the second time the worker said "give me a... minute" and disappeared for a while, we ended up going to the window where we saw that the inside was empty. At one point shecame through and said she was in the back, she ended up taking our orders there. The food itself was fine even though I didn'tget what I asked for, fries were good. Read more
The manager working at this location on 5/8/2021 on the night shift was extremely rude and made even simply picking up a... DoorDash order that was already prepaid for a difficult and unpleasant experience. She answered the phone simply by saying"Hello?" followed by empty unconcerned silence as if she had picked up the phone to answer it at her own home. I've never beenimpressed at all with this places cleanliness either and would avoid this place based on my personal experiences with theirunprofessional lack of concern attitude and behaviors. Compared to the dumpster fire that is the one one university and the loop this is a five star restaurant, but i digress. I have... never had an issue with my orders here, the staff is always friendly and accurate, no one huffs and puffs if it's a little laterthat i go there. The only downside is that they are going out of things a lot but other than that it's good. Read more
