This is my first time to visit the Burger Fi in town. I thought it must be a very exciting experiences, however, I was so... disappointed with the food and price. I purchased a CEO combo, charged me total $20 dollars without the receipt (even not askedme if I need a receipt). After a couple of hours eating their food I feel stomach sick . Not sure if this is caused by theirfood. But I did see a lot of black spots of my fried fries. Anyway, I guess I will never go to there again. I don't feel verygood at all from this experiences and not sure if I should go to visit urgent care doctor or not. Read more

Ate here with my fiancé a few days ago and liked the food. We had The CEO and the Burger Fi Cheeseburger which were really... good. We had regular fries which are good if you are sharing as they give a lot of fries. I wish we would?ve added chili cheeseor anything else on the fries instead of having the plain fries. Although they were good, they could?ve tasted much better.Along with this we had the concretes which are a good desert if you?re in the mood for one. They?re not too expensive. Overallthe food was good, clean place, friendly & great hardworking staff. Definitely recommend this place if you?re in the mood forsomething new apart from Burger King or McDonalds. Read more

This was my first time going here. As you walk on the place is small/ medium size but very clean. The cashier was very friendly... and answer our questions regarding the menu. The food was tasty and fresh. Not overcook or dry definitely would be coming again. Read more

Went for chili cheese cry fries and ultimately $20 out and disappointed. The chili on the dog was dry, dark and form shaping.... The onion rings were great last year but like the other review, they didnt seem freshly cooked this time. The front attendanttried to satisfy us but didnt seem like a team effort. Read more

First time eating at BurgerFi, and the BurgerFi cheeseburger didn't disappoint. Double Angus beef patties tasted delicious.... Comes with lettuce tomatoes and add cheese and the burger is complete. Natural hand cut fries tasted awesome as well. Vitaminwater tropical punch refreshed my thrust and more. Definitely eating here when I pass through. Read more

Super good burgers and some of the best onion rings I've had in Lubbock, nice and crunchy.the fries were real potatoes Fresh... cut. I had their regular cheeseburger, crying fries (1/2 FRIES, 1/2 ONION RINGS) and a med drink. Cost about $19.00 so while itis a very good burger it is on the expensive side. You get what you pay for I guess. Service was pretty quick but remembereverything is cooked fresh so my order took about ten to twelve minutes to make. Restaurant was very clean inside and thereare outside dining tables also. Read more

The staff was nice enough, but the food was not worth the price. I got a hot dog with cheese, mustard, and onions on it. I also... ordered onion rings. Two of my kids got cheeseburger meals. They came with fries and a drink. The other got a grilledcheese. All the meats were DRY and over cooked. My kids said they were almost painful to eat. My hotdog was so over grilled itwas difficult to bite into or chew. It was over sauced also. The onion rings were huge, but greasy and flavorless. The frieswere obviously hand cut, but they had little to no salt or any flavor at all either. Sadly if the meat quality was what theysay it is, the meat was treated so horribly and disrespectful. Everything was just soooo dry and flavorless. I will not be back. Read more

This place is great. It?s a little more expensive because it?s farm-sourced and never frozen, but worth it. My son gets the... hotdog and loves it! It comes butterflied so has some good char all the way around. The burgers have great flavor, and the baconhas just the right amount of crunch. Personally, I like the caramelized bacon over what they offer but that?s hardly acomplaint. The atmosphere is nice and replicates something you would find in the arts district of Dallas with big open frontdoors and some seating outside. The real show-stopper though is the bathroom sinks! These things are from space I?m prettysure. Read more
