Don?t be in a hurry at this location. After making the mistake of not adding a reward to the order. Manager explained after... redeeming the request for the reward you have to add it to the order ?????????????? oops Literally took 12 minutes waiting forthe reward (a brownie) and finally went back inside to get it (had requested curbside after waiting in the drive thru) Theythought I had already got it. ???? Horrible experience, I placed an order on curbside and I was not expecting very little fries and the grilled nuggets dirty from... the grill. They also messed up a few of my orders. Super disappointed. Read more
this location was very rude. my office occasionally orders from this location. (in which we spend a decent amount of money... ordering food) the manager and workers were very rude and got the order wrong, i was missing items. when i called, the managerclaimed ?the location was ?too busy? to help me out and couldn?t refund me for the missing items. i never got an apology, themanager did not seem to care. our office will not be ordering from this location again. Placed my order at 12:29pm I was going on my lunch at 1pm didn?t have my car so I decided to get it delivered said it would... arrive in 30 to 45 min so I go on lunch order still not here then at 2pm I call guy that answers says. They have a lot ofdeliveries and that it should be getting delivered soon I asked if he had a estimated time because I had to go back to work hesaid he did not know it is now 315pm and still have not recieved my food so I just cancelled the order at this point so now I?mback at work with no food never ordering here again guys don?t use there delivery service you will be without lunch Read more
Good food, surprisingly average service. A mistake was made on the order, the person helping us acted like it was a major... problem to fix. She did fix it,and said my pleasure, but her facial expression and tone said otherwise. Read more
The food is great, but man do they make you wait for it. Constantly waiting over 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. I started... doing curbside and carry-out thinking that?d be quicker, but they seem to prioritize that even less. One sandwich and a drinkshould not take 15 minutes. Read more
Visiting this Chick-fil-A across from the stadium at Texas tech. Dined inside service was fantastic and food was served hot and... quick and correctly. About the same experience I have it most Chick-fil-A's. The picture shows the proximity of the store Drivethrough went very quickly, and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe but they were out of pepper jack cheese and I got it withColby jack cheese and I think I actually prefer that now.
