9/9/2022 6:30pm I found plastic green and clear in my food. ???? Manager could not come to the table when an employee did ask... one to come which is terrible on management ???? ????, no refund or gift card. I am going to ask for a plate so I can rebookover every piece of a remake. Because the employee says he doesn't know where it came from. ???? makes me a little scaredwhen he claims no such plastic is in the back. I will call and hopefully get a higher up next week. I love Chick-fil-A. They are prompt and their food is consistent. Pricing always hurts at this restaurant. For the price of four... people we could eat out at a nice restaurant. But we still go there...we love their chicken sandwiches and love their fries. Sogood. Their diet lemonade is so good as well. Read more
Asia is rude, they need a new manager. She does not know how to handle a customer after her staff gave them the wrong thing. I... believe if her staff messes up she should be apologetic instead of stuck up. Bad service comes with a bad manager. You wastesomeone?s time, by giving them a water down drink and don?t wanna compensate for their wrongdoing. Get a manager that knows howto treat the customer. Read more
I had to drive through on this day but I was pleasantly surprised even with the long line for breakfast that I got through fast.... An the biscuits were soft and delicious not hard and crumble like other fast food places. They had smiles on their faces andwere fast and efficient. Food was good. Read more
My kids enjoyed the play place and we had fast service. My daughter went to the counter and asked for some sauce and they were... very nice and helpful. I think it says a lot when employees are kind to children. Read more
