Sat and waited and waited and waited inside for our very simple 2 person order for quite a long while. All while watching car... after car after car go thru the drive thru. When we FINALLY got our order it was warm but definitely not hot. It apparently satfor a while because we came inside instead of going thru the drive thru. Very disappointing for Chic-fil-A. 22 of us stopped here on our way through Lubbock right at the lunch rush hour. They pulled an extra staff member to work the... line inside with a hand held device. The manager even started delivering food to individuals. On top of that the quality wasbetter than our local Chick-fil-a. They remembered putting in the napkins in each bag and took the time to ask you about howmany sauces you wanted. All that and we were back on the road with our to go orders in around 30 minutes. Used to be a regular but since have taken my business to another location. It seems as if every morning I decide to give it... another chance there is always an issue. Every time I visit I always have to pull up to the front and wait anyway where from 5to upwards of 10 minuets for my items to come out while other in the drive thru line leave before me when they came after me andthis can be up to three cars before I get my item. The service and speed that they formerly prided themselves on has vastly gonedownhill, prices gone up while portion sizes have also gotten smaller. Overall it is very displeasing to say that I will nolonger be going to this location for breakfast which is inconvient considering its the closest location to my home. Read more
