The food seems to hit the spot when I have a craving for Chick-fil-A. The employees are friendly and always welcome you with a... smile. The only thing I ever wonder about is how they always seem to keep the orders from getting mixed up when you're goingthrough the drive-thru. Out of salads, a little slow. However, the employees are nice.
Just horrible. The smell of the food is great but does not match the flavor.
I love the food but the customer care was really lacking that day I did not hear anyone say "my pleasure" also the last few... times they have gotten our order wrong. I always have big orders because I have 4 boys & some friends over. They got annoyedwhen I double checked this last time when I was In line. This is a Chick-fil-A Express inside the hospital. No play area and does not have a the full menu. Instead of ordering, they... have chicken nuggets and sandwiches placed in trays. You can also grab waffle fries and salads. I think that's it. They do havelemonade to drink but it's an express, so not much else. Read more
