These guys told us they could not leave out corn and tomato?s from a Cobb salad due to a lettuce shortage. Like what!??? What... does corn and tomato?s have to do with lettuce?? Just leave it out! I had some people over so I did a large curbside order. I checked my order but I was in a hurry. I didn't realize 1 sandwich was... missing. I always get extra nuggets for this reason (no one goes hungry). My son still wanted the sandwich so we went back atdinner time. I talked to the manager and they gave us the sandwich that was missing. Thankful for no issues in getting thesandwich but accuracy is important when this food is lunch for someone and it's missing. I still gave 5 stars because I knowthis was only a mistake but be sure to double check orders before leaving the restaurant. Read more
UPDATE: They were prompt in fixing the order. Just need a more reliable form of communication when these things happen. Ordered... delivery. Recieved the wrong order. Then when we tried to contact the store, their number kept giving a busy signal. We had noway to contact someone about our wrong order. Read more
I understand it sucks having 2 separate orders in one car but if yall could please not be lazy fvcks and just repeat the first... order given to you and completely disregard how I wanted my order, pretty much jus made it the same way when I specificallyasked for my sandwich plain with nothing on it and it was made the same way as the other order, so idk how that works but that 1full start is a lie, 1/2 start just because yall actually have people out there taking orders so it shouldn't be hard to messanything up realistically Read more
