The team here apparently doesn?t communicate and can?t stick to their policies. Usually I get a 3-pointer without a problem, but... this time I was told that what I ordered was not a 3-pointer and I was going to have to pay for a full burrito. That?s fine? butif the managers can?t properly communicate what a menu item is to their employees, I?ll go somewhere where that isn?t allowed tohappen. When I asked the cashier about why what I had didn?t qualify as a 3-pointer, she was blatantly disrespectful and talkedto me like I was unintelligent. This was by far this worst chipotle I have set foot in. As someone who understands the values and standards chipotle is supposed... to up hold, I can say that this is a chipotle that I will not be setting foot in again. The meat looked dry, the sour cream hadloads of other food inside the container. The employees just stood around watching us in the line for 10 minutes, just staringat us. Worst customer service ever called to complain about my kids meal and ended up being on hold for 15 min making me have to go up... there to actually talk to the manger and she was no help at all btw .I was very disappointed in finding out the fruit cup wasjust an orange and nothing like the picture.
