The food was good but I'm giving one star because the trash was overflowing, there was trash where you are supposed to put your... dirty baskets and there was soda spilled all over the floor as well as cups and food. The food was pretty good, but it was absolutely filthy behind the counter where they work and prep your food. The floors had... food scraps and trash all over and I honestly couldn?t believe how nasty it was kept. Also, don?t expect to be treated nicely bystaff. They had a snooty attitude and acted as if you?re an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business toanother location. Great food, one of our go tos to keep on our diet. They need to organize their workers. It takes a long time to get through the... line. It seems like they run out of something before they tell the cook to make more. I think they were training the last day wewent so there was an extra confused worker. Read more
Worst customer service I've received in a long time. The guy that took our order was rude and even audibly sighed when I told... him I didn't want beans. Then, in the middle of putting my bowl together, he just stopped and started to fill rice, and took awhile in the kitchen with something. Meanwhile another guy was in the doorway of the kitchen on his phone just typing away andlaughing. He rang us up and just shoved our food and cups at us when he was done...and does no one count change back??? He justhanded me my bills and change with the receipt and said, "here you go." I?m so sick of this location. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have been here and my order has been messed up. I always put... in for pick up because it?s usually before I go to work. The first time my order was, I?m assuming, stolen because it wasn?tthere and they tried to argue with me that it had already been made. The second time the labels on the food we?re correct butthe contents was wrong. This time they only made 1of the two things that I ordered and the first thing that they had made hadthe correct label but upon getting home and opening it the contents were drastically different than what I had ordered and itwas ice cold like it had been sitting out for hours when I had only put my order in 20 minutes before picking it up. First time here. Was recommended to go here. I am happy I went here. The food taste was excellent! The staff were smiling,... very attentive and profession. Prices for food was moderate. I encourage others to try this location. Parking area was clean. Quite environment was here. I plan to go here again. Read more
