The food was really good! Service was interesting. Our server was new, so we give grace for that. Manager made a strange comment... to us after going out of their way to verify our drink order, thinking new server misunderstood (they did not). We wantedvirgin, spicy margaritas on the rocks. She came to tell us blender was broken (no blender needed for on the rocks). Then, sharedthey had asked server if it was kids ordering and laughed. We had to clarify, server was correct that we ordered alcohol-free.We were a bit stunned the manager would so flippantly assume that all adults want alcohol. Awkward to say the least. I willsay-our virgin margaritas were delicious! Very strange to us that no regular bottle of hot sauce is available, and, their customsauces tasted more like an enchilada sauce, not an addition to a taco. The biggest issue was the lack of bussing tables. A largeparty had clearly enjoyed the patio before us, and every single dish, old food, beverages, sat there for the near two hours wewere having lunch. Not very appetizing. One of the cups tipped in the wind at one point, and we just sat there listening todrink spill. Felt lazy and unclean. We were almost sat at a table that clearly hadn?t been wiped, and then still needed torequest that the new table we chose receive a clean cloth to it. Chuy's has a really good Variety of Mexican food, and good prices, And their hot salsa is amazing!
Always find a Chuy's wherever we go. It has the most amazing food. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. My husband... always gets the enchilada with the egg on top. I always get the chimichanga... Delicious! They have amazing dips too. Tomatilloand the white sauce makes me want to lick the plate! We drive from wherever we are to go to Chuy's. Read more

The hostess didn't not greet until I asked her how she is doing. She seemed to be in the wrong industry if she just stands therr... and doesn't want to do anything. Not very engaging for a hostess and didn't smile. This was on Sept 21. At 7pm. Waitress wasgreat! Food are a bit pricey and atmosphere is okay. If you're looking for quiet place with less traffic then this place isn'tfor you. Margarita is light on alcohol. Food was good. Salsa was freshly made and not bad! Read more
This is by far the worst take out food that we have ever had ????!! The tortillas were falling apart and burnt, chicken on only... half of the quesadilla, and completely sloppy. Take out food is not always perfect but this was ridiculous. Sadly we all orderedquesadillas, won't happen again especially for the price we paid. Read more
I now know why my friends would rave about this place. Great food options. I ordered the steak burrito and, as the pics show, it... was amazing. Steak flame-grilled, not griddled, and done just right. Food came out fast-like they were just waiting for us. Andthey make their own tortillas which are awesome. Our server, Aaron, was attentive and efficient (probably deserves a raise) andfriendly. Read more
I order Taco Salad, the photo shows clearly it?s not Taco Salad. I asked the server and she said Chuy?s does not sell the taco... shell anymore. If that?s the case then Chuy?s should remove Taco Salad off the menu or reduce the price since it?s seem to beregular salad. Read more
