Timing is almost allways on point, you could be heavier with the extra onion but atleast one cook there gets it so kudos

The customer service we received today from Clayton the GM and Jacob at the location here in Lubbock TX 2510 Marsha Sharp FWY W... Ste 300 was very unprofessional we waited for over an hour for our order to be delivered. They stated that they had knock andcalled us and no response which is incorrect because we also have a door bell that they could of used ?no call was made myhusband called twice and they stated a 10 or 15 min wait each call ?my husband by the third call had spoke with Jacob as myhusband was speaking he hung up on him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! We called back multiple times no answer was made so wecame to the store asking for a manager they cancel our order and refused our service which was fine because at this point we didnot want to do business with them either we asked for the corporate number multiple times which Clayton refuse to give us hisresponse was that we had google and we could google it. Due to everyone business being short handed is very understandableespecially during this time but when we walked into this store all of the employees were literally standing around no apologywas made for the terrible service we received as soon as we inform Clayton about the service we received he cancel our orderwith no explanation or apology ?Jacob and Clayton customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Clayton as a manager needsto be a better example or how customer need to be treated Jacob stand by him the whole time being disrespectful and rude notonce did Clayton tell him to step away. If the manager does not respect the customer or show care for the situation no wonderthe employees react the same way We reached out to another dominos and they provide us with the local and corporate number whichwe looked forward to the corporate office reaching out to us. Worst dominos in Lubbock. Ordered delivery and was missing items called to let the store know, they informed me they would reach... out to the driver and send him back. He never showed called 3 times. Every time I?ve ever been in the store there?s employeeswalking around the kitchen eating. Read more

I called ahead of time to see if this is the location i wanted to order from. I asked if they wore gloves while preparing the... food, because my husband is weird about bare hands. The girl on the phone said ?yes?? As if she was asking a question and thenstuttered ?i don?t make the food? ? okay..is it really that hard to turn your head to the right and see if the person makingpizza is wearing gloves or not??
