We ordered 3 pizza and one of them wasn?t correct they forgot one of the toppings when we called the lady we spoke to said she... would have us a new pizza in 30 mins. We waited for an hour and had to call back and when we did call back they were super rudeand kept placing us on hold. And when they finally got back on the phone they said it?s ready we will be on our way. So thatmeans our pizza sat there for who knows how long. When they delivered it IT WAS COLD! I ordered 2 steak and cheese large pizzas for delivery, when I received them they were both burned and the crust had bubbled up... so bad that there was very little ingredients on those slices. Read more
Horrible service and not mention terrible pizza quality.. Pizza that sits and sits under a heated lamp becomes over cooked and... none melty cheese like a real pizza. Read more
Ordered a medium pizza along with a couple of other items and was really disappointed this time with my food. I literally... received a medium pizza with about a spoonful of cheese. I have never received pizza or any other item from this Dominos likethis but I did notice a lot of new faces so it could be new employees. I wish I could post pics on here but I can?t. Really dry and bland - we get pizza all the time and this is the first pizza where I had to throw away the last few leftover... slices because nobody wanted to eat them. I haven't had Dominos in a few years, so maybe the quality has gone down chain wide ormaybe it was just a one-time bad experience? I'm too afraid to spend more money to find out. Read more
Hi can I get wings and I want all flats? Ok sure. Wings show up all drums... Wow must be out of spite, do your self a favor... don't order from here, all the workers here are really just so wack they constantly disappoint. This is one of the greater of the domino's pizza stores here in Lubbock....I am very satisfied with the professionalism and... accurate knowledge of the menu... as well as just getting my order exactly the way it was ordered...i recommend this of all theothers.. and the food is as good as the customer service is .... thanks for a great dinner experience guys ! well done!????????????keeps up the good team work.... Orderd delivery, almost two hours, called in they said it was probably left at another address, no apology, no discount no... refund. We just lost our pizza. Horrible turnout Sure how do I get ahold of you? Would like a way of contact. Read more
