I had the most horrendous experience with this location. My children ordered some food for dinner and the driver got lost (his... words) they remade the pizza and went to deliver it again and "couldn't find the right house" again drivers words, so at the endof the night their order was never delivered. I called the next morning and spoke to a employee claiming to be a manager by thename of Summer who told me she couldn't find our order when my card was charged and even when she did find it after looking andlooking she said she couldn't do anything about the situation because she wasn't sure who my kids spoke to. After that sheoffered to make an new order and deliver it and I informed her we did not need the order anymore I would just like a refund, shesaid I could get a refund and the night manager who overseen the deliveries the night before would refund me when I give him allthe same information. I spoke to the night manager Cody who did not have the time to resolve my situation at the moment when Iexpressed to him that I have waited long enough to have this situation resolved he then told me he was not giving me a refundbecause they made and went to deliver our order twice even though the driver could not find the address he said it's our problemhe was not going to do anything about it. I then asked for his employee ID number so I can speak to corporate about thesituation and he said he does not have one, then I asked for his last name and he refused to give it to me. His demeanor wasatrocious and his lack of customer service and customer satisfaction was sickening. I will never understand how a "manager"could be so cruel to any customer. Great carryout deals. Food is almost always done right but if it isn't then they will fix it.
The service was quick and the servers was very friendly and welcoming.
None of these employees were wearing gloves. Check out this one photo pulling out meat to place on the pizza. Wow!
I just love my pizza I get from here even when they cook it a little bit to long my only complain is that I always use cash and... it won't let me order more than$25 dollar's so most of the time I can't always get everything I want it doesn't stop me fromordering still enjoying still wish I could order more than$25 Read more
Dear owner of this location. You have lost my business. A delivery driver (silver Cadillac) who was kind towards me but very... rude towards my RV park manager. I called to speak to your manager just now (7/23/2021 @ 7:45pm), gave him my name and herefused to give me his. The customer service at your location is awful and in need of a culture change. Most likely needing achange in management because it?s obvious this is a systemic issue at your location. We will continue to buy dominos pizza...just not at your location anymore. I say this knowing that your the only location that delivers to my address. I don?t care.Because you don?t care. I?ll go pick up my own pizza gladly knowing that I?m not giving my money to a disrespectfulestablishment like yours. I hope you fix this. Read more
If I could give a this place a 0 I would. The driver "marked my pizza as delivered on accident" and after calling several times... they kept giving us the run around and according to them they attended delivery and Noone answered. when my door has been openand I also have cameras surrounding my home and NOONE ever showed up or even drove by my home.
