I am new to Firehouse subs. They're sub sandwiches are delicious! I received a free coupon for teachers the other day and so I... got the opportunity to go try them! I had their number 10 which is a roast beef with barbecue sauce sub! It was a great amountof food. My son and I split the sandwich. I highly recommend trying this sub shop! Delicious! Read more

By far the worst experience I?ve had with firehouse. I came in approximately 7 mins til close and was immediately apologetic to... the staff working the front. They were great and assured me it was no issue. It wasn?t until the manager, Ebony, entered thepicture and was bothered by me coming in before closing. She came out from the back to take my order without a greeting and wasvisually upset with my late arrival. After placing my order I opened up my wallet preparing to put in cash. ?I can?t take cash,I?ve already put up the money from the register. It?s 5 minutes until we close.? Confused as to why the register was countedduring business hours, I scrambled to find out a different form of payment and called my wife to send me money via Apple Pay. Iasked if they could take card information over the phone which apparently is not allowed, that?s fine and understandable ifthat?s truly the case. When I had finally had my fill of her annoyance, I asked for her name and told her I would be complainingwith her supervisor. She started boasting about how much she doesn?t care and can call her boss right now! Not once was sheapologetic, professional, nor courteous to helping my situation. She mentioned a back register had cash AFTER I told her I?d befiling a complaint. Rather than implementing basic managerial customer service techniques, she choose to argue with me in frontof her staff who were clearly uncomfortable and confused by her actions. I?m a severely disappointed in Ms. Ebony?s blatantdisrespect and shocked to hear she is a manager. I will be contacting Firehouse?s customer service team and looking forward tohearing back from her supervisor before ever thinking of coming back to this location. Read more

had a coupon for free sub. ordered at drive thru, presented coupon at window and girl obviously had trouble entering it in the... register. returned to the window and told me the coupon had expired, although no exp date appeared on the coupon. she offered tocharge me but i declined. guess shed rather throw it away than keep a customer happy. Highly disappointed with this location. Ordered online so order was clear. Club had no bacon. I ordered extra pickles and... cholula sauce and did not get them. Then we get there and the cashier was so rude and pretty much threw the bag. No have a niceday or thank you come again. We will not be back to this location. Should have read the reviews before ordering from this one.It appears this is the norm! Read more

I went through the drive through and asked for 2 dressings, only got one and my Mac and cheese was cold, not even remotely warm.... Young man at the drive through was short and curt with me. Read more

Excellent place.. Clean, friendly, great food, fast service... You can't go wrong!
