The... owners are a beautiful family and they are incredibly nice and caring. The food is just chef kisses packed on plates. I cannot understand why this place doesn't have more reviews. We have been eating here at this place for year and years. ... Through a few different owners the food has remained consistent and that is unusual. I believe that they are one of the fewplaces in Lubbock that you can get Egg Foo Young. We have ordered take out from there several times during the shut down andit was great every single time. We also routinely order their sweet and sour chicken and it never disappoints. I suggest yougive them a try and you just might discover a new go to place for great Chinese food. Great food and great service. Read more
I?ve been on the fence since the new owners took over, but today did this place in for me. The one item keeping me coming back... was the Curry egg rolls, but today I received generic frozen egg rolls. I miss the old owners, the place was so clean and keptup, now it?s just not. I ordered the house special fried rice. When I went to pick it up, I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Being kinda dumb, I... said ?chili sauce? expecting something like siracha, or hoping to get corrected to hot sauce or something of that nature. Whenthe girl at the register told the lady to grab chili sauce, she scoffed and began to laugh. I felt awfully embarrassed, soquickly said ?or hot sauce? or whatever you have..? she then just have me a single chili sauce. I?m figuring chili sauce doesnot go on fried rice? I just wanted hot sauce. I Probably should?ve just said that but hey they didn?t have to laugh in my facelike that. Anyways I got home, the rice needed the soy sauce provided terribly. Even after adding; the rice tasted pretty blandand every so often gave me a weird taste in my mouth? probably won?t go here again. I definitely wouldn?t order the rice againat least. Read more
