Delicious boba. I ordered the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea without the milk foam and my wife ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea. The... staff were friendly and got our orders correct, the place was clean and decorated nicely so this was a good experience. We firstcame here when it opened and the experience wasn't great. I figured we needed to give it time for the business to acclimate andthen give it another try so I'm glad we gave it a second chance! We'll be back! Read more

Ordered one milk tea today(4/3/2022), the stuff were wiping off the milk bubbles (to make the milk tea a full cup) for me when I... arrived. They really listened and improved. I am happy to see that and milk tea tastes good as always. Taste good but alwaysmade mistakes like wrong size, missing toppings, double charge money for the toppings. This time, they don?t even give me a fullcup of drink. I like milk tea here, but those really made me sad. Got an apology from the manager, they promised to do better inthe future. Feel better now! i have been here so many times it has opened. they always make my order perfect. i have no complaints. their drinks and boba are... the best i have had in lubbock and it?s so addicting. they leave cute heart shapes on my drinks sometimes too. the staff are sosweet as well and they make my time enjoyable. Best boba shop in Lubbock. The city really is lucky to have a Gong Cha location. I can't believe we have a shop here in town.... The place is cute and the staff is wonderful.
