Use to be pretty good place to eat. No things are overpriced and of poor quality. Service was also lacking. When you pay over... 80$ to feed 3 adults dinner you expect to at least have your meal taste good. But not here. You are simply paying foratmosphere and that's it. Read more
We've been eating at the Odessa Harrigan's for about 10 years now, if not more. Odessa service has been going in a downward... spiral and if you've eaten in any Odessa restaurant lately you can attest to the service. I was so relieved that thisHarrigan's Lubbock was way better.
