So it?s been quite some time since we went to heff?s probably about 2 years. Last time wasn?t the best but the burgers were good... so we decided to try it again. The shakes are still delicious, but when did they start using premade burger patty?s? I honestlyhave thicker burgers at cheap fast food joints. I remember only being able to eat half the mushroom Swiss burger cause it was sofilling, this time I was wishing I had ordered a double patty. My daughters funny burger was also wrong. Food was really good. It was fresh and the service was awesome. The burger had great seasoning and was very tender. Seems like... the meat patties are formed at the restaraunt. I would definitely recommend this place. The wife said it reminded her of oldlotabutger out of Albuquerque. Read more
The burgers were good, despite one of the buns being so old it was stale and dry on one side. The grilled chicken sandwich was... disgusting. It was rubbery, and it looked and tasted like it went from frozen to the microwave before it ended up on my bun. Ihave been hungry enough to eat some fairly questionable things, but I couldnt bring myself to take more than one bite of thatgrilled chicken. The fries are real good. Read more
Employees were awesome. Burgers are nothing special. When you pay 10 dollars for a burger all by itself or 13 in my case; I... really want to be wowed, excited, amazed! I was not... just an expensive burger. Onion rings were great. Expensive burgersshould boast a glamorous saucey meaty mess that oozes and drips with flavor, leaving the desire to lick each and every finger;in my opinion. If a friend wanted to go for lunch I would go, however I will not be interested in returning otherwise. Read more
The service was great. The lady was friendly and helpful. I got 1/4 bucket burger, just a burger. The one patty burger was about... the size of Burger Kings and cost $10.50. That's without tax. You don't get a drink or fries and the burger originally didn'teven come with sauce. The burger itself was good but not $11 good. Just go to whataburger or sonic. Read more
Sorry to hear about Jason, I hope to see more of these around the globe! I only give this 4 stars because it's not a perfect... burger but it's an incredible product and experience. For 2-4 bucks more than Burger King or a sub-par fast food meal this isfresh never frozen, cheerful attentive staff, and impeccably kept common areas. Read more
Friendly staff. Clean tables and floors. Came here today and also 3 times in the past year. Now the burger patties are very... small (not 1/2 pound as advertised). The bacon is paper thin, and not the same as the bacon from earlier this year. Seasoningis still good. Bread is tasty. Ingredients taste fresh. Shakes are excellent, but they cost $5.99 for a 10 ounce shake (theonly size). I recommend having the previous size burger patties (1/2 pound) brought back and also use the thick bacon that wasbeing served before October. I would visit again, but will have to order a double burger to even fill the width of theiraverage-sized burger bun. Read more
