I was initially skeptical to go to the... location by Texas Tech however Abby provided the best service and was especially welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this locationto a friend. I walked in that restaurant in the middle of a huge catering order. There was a guy there making those sandwiches faster than... I'd ever seen! But being despite being that busy, he took time to greet me, take my order and expedite my order to get me on myway. That's the kind of service I'm looking for! Read more
I order from here frequently because it's usually convenient, but the last several months the service has become so slow. Freaky... fast that's a joke. I ordered my food ahead of time and placed a future order so I can assure my food is here in time for mylunch break my order time was set for 1145-12 it is now 12:22 and I am still waiting on my food as I type this review. What'sthe point of future orders if they don't arrive on time? I was a delivery driver for 2 years in a busy area, and always got mytimed orders out on time or within a few minutes of the delivery time that was set, even when carrying more than one order and Iwas the only delivery driver for my store so what's yalls excuse? Food and service is usually pretty good, but today I saw one of the workers handle cash with her gloves on and immediately go... back to making a sandwich with the same pair of gloves... Disgusting. I feel bad for whoever eats that sandwich. Can't imaginehow many times something like that happens. Read more
Ordered at 3:01pm on the app. It finally updated saying my food was here at 3:46pm. I went to my door and my food wasn?t even... there. I called and they guy said that my address was wrong and didn?t show up on google maps; so he just delivered it to somerandom Apt without even calling my number. I?m like ummm no it?s correct. I gave them two stars bc they did redo my order andhad to wait longer but thee guy didn?t even call to ask where I lived to make sure. Common sense. Update they magically foundmy apartment lol got my food around 4:15pm Another update around 6pm the resident at the apartment they delivered too justbrought me my order. They were so kind lol. I?ve never had so much trouble with jimmy johns. I ordered wrong the app my fault but by the time I got my food there was no... point I could have gone gotten food from another restaurant or fast food place and been back. The lady I talked to on the phonetoday was so rude. So so rude. The delivery guy was nice though. Wrong drink. By the time I got me original drink it was watereddown. No ice. Worst service. Read more
