Repeated horrible experiences... This used to be the place to grab a quick pizza... As one of the first 4 people in line for the... past week iv waited over an hour for a regular pepperoni pizza... 1.. as I write this it's been an hour and it's now my turn toorder, I'll be waiting 20-30 minutes for a pizza. Apparently the cook or whoever prepares the pizza has not been trained in How to make certain menu items, I have to drive all... the way back from shallowater because they have no management training thier cooks how to make the new items on thier menu.Extra long wait and for a pie that was totally wrong in preparation and unacceptable as the end product. The dishwasher couldhave made a more correct pie just looking at a picture of this pizza I'm sure. Not sure why it took so long to make it's noteven almost what I ordered. Just left this store for the last time, the older black man who works there has absolutely no people skills. Tried to start a... fight with me because I complained that I had been waiting 30 minutes for 2 pizzas. He said and I quote "you're not a real manbecause I'm feeding my family little Ceasars instead of cooking for them. I worked 14 hours today and just wanted somethingquick. Pulled in and the drive thru already had 4 cars waiting. So I decided to place an order at 5:27 pm through the app. Pulled up to... the window 10 mins later and the worker said she couldn't pull up the order and takes awhile before they can see it on theirend. That's fine. I'm patient. We park and wait and I it shows my order in the oven at 5:44 pm. Cool. We wait and refresh... Seea couple cars come after me and leave. It's 6:37. I'm like ok. I refresh once more and my status still shows in the oven. I walkin and I tell the worker my order has been in the he oven since 5:44 and he asks for my name. He walks back and pulls it out theoven. -_- Seriously? On top of that, he doesn't even apologize. Smh. Just Terrible Read more
This location was hopping!!! Very busy, but the lady running the front counter, drive-thru and still helping teach trainees in... the back was a super hero of pizza! We ordered slices and sticks. I love my little Caesars. You just can't hardly beat the price for the amount of food that you pick up for fast food at this... restaurant. Our favorites are pepperoni and many times we'll call ahead in order a sausage so that's hot and ready when we getthere. But I also love their cheese pizzas. Service is prompt. Just a great basic pizza to take home on a Friday night! Theyalso have varieties of cheese breads drinks and even desserts. Give them a shot. Read more
