Thank you for reminding me of why I HATE McDonald's!!!! ???????? They don't give you a receipt, I guess so you can't complain.... The nuggets & fries were old & lukewarm. It I am going to wait 15-20mins behind a couple of vehicles you would think my foodwould at least be fresh. Thankfully there is a Wendy's down the street. Too bad I forgot about them. ??????????? Employees wouldn't listen to me after asking for my order kept having to repeat it until manager took over. Got my order wrong... and dropped my drink out of the window not paying attention and lids on sundaes wasn't properly on the cup so ice cream goteverywhere on me, my clothes and my car. I just love coming here there's a young African American lady that's always working counter in the morning she's awesome it's... always yes ma'am yes sir I just love her she always has a smile on her face she interact with customers like they been knowingeach other for years. I was real satisfied when I went to go eat I went through dining excellent service manager was on point very satisfied customer... hours fries were just perfectly perfectly crispy delicious hot fresh Burger was on point and oh I forgot to mention the frappe Ihad and the cappuccino the cappuccino was excellent I just fell in love with it. The store closes the lobby early and makes door dashers wait in the line that?s wrapped around the building. Our job is to pick... up orders that are ready not to wait in line and order. Their job is to be open normal business hours. They said they?re shorthanded yet, there are plenty of employees standing around or sitting down eating inside. Read more
